Comfortable beds made my nights pleasant. The modern decor gave the hotel a fresh feel. Breakfast offerings included a good variety, but they ran out of yogurt an hour before it ended. On check-in, my first room had a non-functional TV, but staff promptly moved me to a better room. Minor issues like the bathroom shower causing water to spread across the floor made it a bit challenging to use. Staff provided quick assistance, and cleanliness was mostly up to par but could improve, especially with vacuuming in corners. Friendly recommendations from the front desk about nearby dining were a bonus.

This hotel is a stone's throw away from UPMC Lemieux Sports Complex. We enjoyed the clean and spacious Queen Suite with Two Queen Beds, perfect for our large family. The breakfast was delightful, and the staff even offered personal touches that made our mornings special.

The location was perfect, just a short drive to UPMC Lemieux Sports Complex and right next to some great dining spots. Breakfast was tasty and the staff even made us omelettes after hours. The pool was super fun for all of us, and everything felt really clean.

The only hiccup was the noisy a/c unit in our room, which made it a bit tough to sleep at first, but earplugs sorted that out. Still overall, a good experience.

The room was super comfy, and that coffee bar? Awesome! I whipped up a latte that hit the spot, and my husband loved his coffee too. The walk-in shower was a game changer! Just wish the breakfast could’ve had more variety, but we were still happy overall.

The King Room was super comfy, with a nice modern vibe. The bed was perfect for a cozy night’s sleep, and I loved the Keurig coffee maker in the room—such a cool touch! The bathroom was pristine, and the shower had great water pressure. There was a bit of noise from the ventilation at night, but it wasn’t a huge deal. Definitely enjoyed my stay!

Very clean establishment with spacious rooms. I loved the shower and the 24 hr coffee and cocoa bar was a lifesaver! Breakfast was delightful with thoughtful staff checking on food quality, close to great dining options. so many shops nearby.

my family had a great stay at best western plus! the staff was super friendly and everything was so clean. we loved the 24 hr coffee and hot cocoa bar. The breakfast was perfect. it was nice that the gentleman checked the home fries before serving. also, it’s conveniently close to shops.
